Raw Coconut & Hemp Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Young Thai coconut – click here for instructions on how to open a young thai coconut

1 Scoop Hemp protein

1 Tsp Raw organic vanilla powder

1/4 Cup Macadamia nuts

Directions:

Open the coconut and pour the water into a high speed blender. With a sturdy spoon or an ice cream scooper scrape the meat out of the coconut and add it to the the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Poor into a tall glass and enjoy!
