Raw Vegan Pizza Crust


2 Cups Almond flour

1 Cup   Ground flax

1 Cup  Water

1 1/2 Tbsp Cold pressed organic olive oil

1 Tbsp Basil (dryed)

1 Tbsp Thyme (dryed)

1 Tbsp Rosemary (dryed)

1 Tsp Salt


If you can’t get almond flour, make your own by grinding 2 cups of whole almonds into flour in a food processor. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Use your hands to make a nice, consistend dough. Divide into eight balls and flatten them into round shape on a non-stick sheet. Dehydrate at 115F for an hour, then lower the temperature to 95F and keep dehydrating for another 6 to 8 hours. Half way through, flip crusts onto mesh sheets for even dehydration.

After  completion, put the crusts in a freezer bag and store them in your freezer until needed.
