Raw Zucchini Hummus


2 Zucchini (medium), chopped

3 Garlic cloves

1/4 Cup olive oil

1/2 Cup lemon juice

1 1/2 Tsp Sea salt

1/4 Tsp Cayenne

1 1/2 tsp. Paprika

3/4 Cup Sesame seeds (soaked 2-4 hours then rinsed)

3/4 Cup Tahini


Blend everything in a high speed blender (except the sesame seeds and tahini) until smooth. Add the sesame seeds and tahini and blend again until smooth. Serve with dehydrated onion bread, cucumber slices or celery sticks.

Store in a glass jar for up to 7 days.
