Three Raw Pasta Sauces

Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

10 Dates

10 Sundried tomatoes, chopped

2 Tomatoes

1 Orange (juiced)

1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar

1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder

1/4 Tsp Curry Powder

1 Small Shallot Onion

1 Tsp Oregano, dried

1 Tsp Himalayan rock salt

TomatoSauce

Directions:

Add all the other ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend into a paste, adding a little water to achieve desired consistency.

Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

3 Cups Yellow zucchini (cubed)

2 Tbsp Lemon juice (fresh)

1/2 Cup White onion (diced)

2 Cloves Garlic

3 Tbsp White miso paste

1/ 4 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Tahini

1 Tsp Coconut nectar

1/2 Tsp Salt

AlfredoSauce

Directions:

Add all the other ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend into a paste, adding a little water to achieve desired consistency. It should be thick and creamy!

Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Cups Tightly packed fresh basil

1/2 Cup Raw walnuts or pine nuts

1 to 2 Cloves garlic, roughly chopped (to taste)

1/2 Cup Extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

PestoSauce

Place the basil, walnuts or pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor fitted with the S blade. Pulse to combine, until the mixture is coarsely ground. Turn the motor on and drizzle the olive oil in a thin stream. Add the sea salt, pepper and lemon and pulse a few more times to combine.
